We are excited to be working in collaboration with you to support NYS DOCCS Utilization Management Program. We realize the importance of understanding your prescribed treatment plan to determine medical necessity of requested service and to best support inmate compliance. Our registered nurses strive to work as an "extension" of your staff - focusing on areas of concern that you may have, building on NYS DOCCS staff education by sharing pertinent information to support successful referrals for services.
